About

I am a textile artist and designer with an interest in creativity as a process. These interests developed through an MA in Creative and Media Enterprises and a BA honours degree in Textile Design where I specialised in woven textiles. I have many years of experience working with young people in further education as a teacher, learning support mentor for students with additional needs and specialist mentor for mental health. I have an interest in holistic wellbeing, healing and health gained largely through personal experience of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME. This has lead me to training in Holistic and Wellness Life Coaching.
